From the ruling of the Federal Appeals Commission (CAF): The Federal Commission of Appeals, rejected every request investigation, considered irrelevant, generic, exploratory, however, in any case unacceptable, rejects all requests for suspension of enforcement of the contested decision, and rejects acts of appeal formulated by Nicholas Cuocci, Ferruccio Galvagno, Alessandra Valeri, Daniele Tondon, Angelo Tecchio, and rejects the appeals brought by Claudia Tavalazzi, Calicchia Fabio, Fabrizio Boniface, Joanne Wilkinson, Francis Cuocci, and partial acceptance of 'appeal lodged by Mr. Sante Mandolins reduces the penalty to a year of inhibition by all federation activities.
Dalla sentenza della Commissione di Appello Federale (CAF): La Commissione d’Appello Federale , disattesa ogni richiesta istruttoria, ritenuta irrilevante, generica, esplorativa e, comunque in ogni caso inammissibile, rigetta tutte le richieste di sospensione della esecutività della sentenza impugnata; respinge gli atti di appello formulati dai Sigg.ri Nicola Cuocci, Ferruccio Galvagno, Alessandra Valeri, Daniele Tondon, Angelo Tecchio; respinge gli appelli proposti da Claudia Tavalazzi, Fabio Calicchia, Fabrizio Bonifacio, Joanne Wilkinson, Francesco Cuocci e, in parziale accoglimento dell’appello proposto dal sig. Sante Mandolini riduce la pena ad anni uno di inibizione da ogni attività federale.
