It is also an unfortunate fact that certain matters have divided the dance world, there are those prepared to work simply for their own power and ignoring the needs and wishes of the dancers - the people who should matter most.

Have the World Dance Sport Federation, their President Carlos Freitag, and the International Olympic Committee learned nothing from history? Through the centuries people have been prepared to fight for and even die to preserve Freedom for the benefit of Society. Freedom is never going to be sacrificed on the Altar of Dictatorship. This is the time when the International Olympic Committee, and the World DanceSport Federation need to open their eyes and learn. The WDSF attempt to build a Dancesport Berlin Wall is failing and the wall will crumble. A good place to start would be The Olympic Charter and the UN Human Rights Declaration.
